A partnership of 29 UN agencies which supports Member States, UN agencies and other development partners in designing and implementing results-oriented and sustainable learning to address climate change, launched at the 2009 Copenhagen Climate Change Summit. The objectives are: - At the global level, CC:Learn seeks to foster knowledge-sharing and UN collaboration in designing, delivering and evaluating climate change learning activities and materials. - At the national level, CC:Learn supports a strategic and results-oriented approach to climate change learning through multi-sectoral and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
