The WolfGroup's focus is on supporting organizations and teams to pursue meaningful change through clarity of purpose. Through evaluation, facilitation and organizational development, we support our clients in taking stock of past performance, diagnosis of their current challenges and opportunities, and in harnessing their collective intelligence to define their strategy and action for the future. We co-design our processes with clients to ensure that solutions are enduring in nature and owned by key stakeholders. Every project is a balance between enhancing organizational performance, while ensuring alignment with values and culture.
Our work in DRR has been in supporting clients at the strategic and operational levels. This has included meta-evaluations (UNDRR) and programme-level reviews and impact evaluations (IOM, American Red Cross).
We have been undertaking impact evaluation/contribution analysis with our clients and are adherents of Theory of Change as an accessible means of understanding- and evaluating- the intended effects of projects. We bring Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology in order to evaluate socio-economic impact of programs. Our consultants have extensive experience using participatory approaches in evaluation and assessment, and have substantial knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and collating data from multiple actors.

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
