ACTED strategic program framework 2014–2016

This global strategic plan focuses on three strategic priorities: (i) responding to emergencies and building disaster resilience; (ii) co-constructing civil society and effective governance; and (iii) promoting inclusive and sustainable growth. It draws on ACTED's technical expertise and organizational strength, bringing together country programs in one single and coherent strategy and tracking progress against the strategic priorities. It includes a set of 16 simple and aggregable indicators to measure the impact ACTED activities have on the populations it serves across all its countries of intervention.

It considers the discussions around the new post‐2015 framework for disaster risk reduction to replace the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) 2005‐2015 as crucial to ACTED’s future work and summarizes the outcomes of the consultations and ACTED's position in this regard.
