Adaptation fund

This document gives a brief outline of the Adaptation Fund, specifically initiated to assist developing country Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, that are particularly vulnerable to the adverse effects of climate change in meeting the costs of adaptation, and to finance concrete adaptation projects and programmes that are country driven.
