Anticipatory action in the age of Covid-19: lessons from Cyclone Amphan in Bangladesh

The aim of the research paper is to examine the role of anticipatory action in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and to identify best practices and lessons learned from the implementation of anticipatory action measures in response to Cyclone Amphan in Bangladesh in May 2020.

The recommendations provided in the research paper include:
