Cameroon: end of IDNDR assessment report (1999)
This report provides an assessment of the achievements and progress made in disaster risk reduction (DRR) by Cameroon during the International Decade for Natural Disaster Reduction (IDNDR). It describes country’s experience with natural hazards and disasters, such as drought, flood, landslide and volcano, also presents national institutional and legal framework for DRR and provides strategic guidelines and recommendations for future activities.
