Climate change and security: challenges for German development cooperation

This publication reviews the security implications of climate change, and then applies the findings to selected sectors, including water, food and rural development, infrastructure, energy and transport, urbanisation and governance, as well as to specific regions, including MENA, Africa, Asia and Pacific and Latin America. The publication concludes with recommendations on strategy, policy and practice for German and international development cooperation.
