Country profile on the housing sector: Azerbaijan
This study provides in-depth analysis and policy recommendations, and focuses on specific challenges or achievements within the housing sector that are of particular concern to Azerbaijan, such as the development of State policy and regulating mechanisms for protecting territory, sites and buildings against natural disasters, and ensuring safety in construction. It is intended to be a tool for the Government to analyse its policies, strategies, institutions, and legal and financial frameworks for the housing sector.
This study is the fourteenth in the series published by the Committee on Housing and Land Management. It represents a tool for Governments to analyse their policies, strategies, institutions, and legal and financial frameworks for the housing sector. These profiles are analytical studies, drafted by independent international experts and conducted at the request of the countries themselves.
