The development of alternative building materials and technologies for Nepal (1994)

This report focuses on non-engineered buildings located in all of the three topographical regions (ie. the Terai, Hills and Himalayas) making up the country of Nepal. 

This report examines the prevalent housing practices and materials used across the country. It makes sample vulnerability analyses for the prevalent indigenous materials and skills for better seismic safety.
