The Social and Livelihood Assessment (SLA) following the impact of tropical storm Erika situates itself within the framework of social vulnerability and disaster risk reduction. In keeping with the post-disaster needs assessment methodology, this assessment uses the data sets and outputs of the Rapid Damage and Impact Assessment that was conducted in September 2015.
