Drought and precipitation monitoring for enhanced water resources management in the Caribbean
This report describes water resource management in the Caribbean. It looks at ways of ways of dealing with the impacts of climate variability in the region. Establishing monitoring and early warning systems for extreme events like floods and drought in vulnerable communities to monitor trends, the authors suggest, enables governments and communities to plan for and respond effectively to the challenges of climate-related events.
