Haiti: Bilan de la mise en oevre du Cadre d'Action de Hyogo (2005-2010)

Le Cadre d'action de Hyōgo (CAH) prévoit cinq priorités, des principes directeurs et des moyens pratiques qui permettent aux collectivités vulnérables d'atteindre une telle résilience dans le contexte du développement durable. En vue de répondre aux engagements pris lors de cette conférence internationale, le gouvernement de la République d’Haïti a entrepris, sur une base multipartite, d’élaborer le présent Bilan de la mise en oeuvre du Cadre d’Action de Hyōgo durant la période 2005 - 2010. Réalisé à partir du modèle produit par le système de l’ISDR, ce document présente les progrès réalisés, les contraintes rencontrées, ainsi que les défis à relever quant à la mise en place d’actions de réduction des risques de catastrophes et de récupération au niveau national, en accord avec les priorités définies par le CAH.
