Inception report: Sint Maarten disaster resilience project

This Report summarizes the findings and results for the combined inception phase of the Sint Maarten Early Warning System (EWS) and Office of Disaster Management (ODM) projects. The projects aim to enhance disaster preparedness, response, and resilience through improved coordination, information management, and communication strategies.

While maintaining their distinct identities and objectives, these initiatives will be implemented simultaneously to capitalize on shared stakeholders, synergistic opportunities, and ultimately achieve a more comprehensive and effective disaster management system for the island.
