This is the second development plan for Nairobi County. The plan reviews implementation of the previous plan, outlines county priorities and strategies for social and economic development across sectors, provides a framework for implementation and the monitoring and evaluation of progress.

The plan includes a section on disaster risk reduction, providing an overview of current risks and a SWOT analysis of the current DRR context.
