Decree of Minister of Emergency Situations on forming the Secretariat of the National Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction. The Secretariat shall be formed within the Ministry of Emergencies, with the support of UNDP/Kyrgyzstan, to serve the mechanism for improvement of functioning the Inter-Agency Commission for Prevention and Response to Emergency Situations.
