Lignes directrices standardisées pour la mise en œuvre des actions de réduction de risque de catastrophes en milieu scolaire à Madagascar
Ces lignes directrices sont des procédures opérationnelles à suivre pour développer et exécuter une action visant à renforcer la résilience du milieu scolaire face aux chocs climatiques, économiques et aux épidémies à Madagascar. La Croix Rouge française (CRF) à travers la Plateforme d'Intervention Régionale pour l'Océan Indien (PIROI) a sollicité l’expertise d’une consultante indépendante pour mener cette mission.
Cette mission entre dans le cadre de l’exécution du projet de renforcement des capacités de préparation et d’intervention des acteurs de l’océan Indien en matière de gestion des risques de catastrophes grâce au financement de l’Union européenne (UE). Un des 3 résultats attendus de ce projet est « le renforcement de capacité des acteurs locaux à soutenir les communautés dans la réduction des risques et la réponse aux catastrophes ». À Madagascar, la PIROI a souhaité capitaliser les actions de RRC en milieu scolaire et s’en servir pour créer des lignes directrices standardisées pour la mise en place de projet.
