Lima: raising the curtain on Paris

This paper presents Climate Action Network's views on issues that need to be addressed at COP 20 in order to set the right foundation for the 2015 agreement in Paris. In order to define the scope of the 2015 agreement, it highlights key decisions to be taken at COP20, proposing further targets supporting climate change actions mainstreamed across the framework, such as the reduction of deaths and economic losses from disasters, as well as decision text, such as strengthening resilience and adaptive capacity to climate related hazards and natural disasters in all countries.
