Luxembourg: Adaptation to climate change - Spatial planning strategies

This document details possible climate change adaptation measures and strategies, especially given that they will need to be embedded in the future development of Luxembourg's agglomerations. 

This document addresses all stakeholders in Luxembourg engaged in the implementation of regional and spatial planning as well as planning on a municipal level. It provides an overview of the essential features of climate change and its expected consequences in Luxembourg, where regional climate projections expect annual average temperatures to rise considerably by the end of the 21st century.
