Master that disaster
In "Master that disaster," participants become subsistence farmers who face changing risks and must make consequential individual and collective decisions. The game also features a social protection element, and the end goal is to have the most points both as an individual and as a group. "Master that disaster" is intended to teach participants about the value of social protection in dealing with recurrent crises and climate change.
The game requires multiples of 7 people and 30-60 minutes of gameplay. It is intended for disaster managers, policymakers, and donors.
