This report summarises the discussions and conclusions of the Oslo Policy Forum on changing the way we develop: dealing with disasters and climate change, held on February 27-29 2008 in Oslo.

The main target audience of the event was international development organisations, including bilateral donors, international financial institutions (IFIs), research institutions, UN agencies and representatives of governments in the South, which are considering or are in the process of integrating disaster risk reduction and climate risk management into their programming.
