This document sets out the UK government's ideas on the UNFCCC Copenhagen summit on climate change to see an agreement which takes action to limit global temperature increases, action to help developing countries adapt to climate change, and a deal which supports the transformation to a low-carbon economy worldwide.

The document has been published so that everyone in the UK can see how the UK government is arguing in the negotiations and how they can help the debate so their own voices can be heard.
