Sinking island

In "Sinking island," groups are required to stand on a paper, representing an island, while ensuring nobody steps off. Successful groups move onto the next round, where the paper gets progressively smaller to simulate sea level rise. The game requires over 8 participants and usually takes up to 30 minutes to complete. It is intended for all audiences and is designed to make participants understand the emotional toll of losing their homes to sea level rise.
