This report is one of the outcomes of CTCN’s technology support for strengthening Bangkok’s Early Warning System to respond to climate induced flooding in the city of Bangkok. It includes a mapping and understanding of the existing Bangkok Metropolitan Administration data management system, and provides recommendations for ways the city can improve the management of weather and water drainage data to improve its flood early warning system.
