These proceedings are the outcome of the 61st ESReDA seminar "Technological Disruptions Triggered by Natural Events: Identification, Characterization, and Management" that took place at PolPolitecnicoitechnico di Torino, Italy, 22-23 September 2022.

The seminar attracted a good mix of academic and industrial participants from many countries, and provided a platform for stimulating discussion on the state of the art and on-going developments in the NaTech risk assessment techniques and methodologies.
