Experiences of the “Disaster Risk Management for Food Security in Arequipa” project:

The lessons learned from this project provide important answers to the increase in number and scale of natural disasters worldwide, and demonstrate that projects for development-oriented emergency aid and disaster risk management cannot achieve sustainable results without capacity development.
