Climate change economics on a small island: new approaches for Tobago

This paper looks at how climate change will impact small islands like Tobago, that heavily depend on tourism. It attempts to calculate the cost of the impact in economic terms, urging for the need to use and expand new forms of economic analysis to better support the difficult decisions that Caribbean policymakers face as a result of the impact.
