This edition of the "CSS Analyses in Security Policy" series discusses new opportunities and threats brought about by the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030. The authors note that new found global attention to the topic increased the difficulty of negotiations, but also created opportunities, especially for Switzerland as an active leader in disaster risk reduction in international development.
