Disaster risk reduction country document, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, 2014
This country profile is designed to describe the state of preparedness of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to hazards and disasters, identify and analyse its coping strategies which will determine appropriate intervention and location spatially, temporarily and socially. The profile examines both people and the environment with the view to identify priority interventions that will minimize vulnerabilities and disaster risks throughout the country thus avoiding or limiting the adverse impacts of hazards, within the broad context of sustainable development.
