Resilience builder: Tools for strengthening disaster resilience in your community

This document is a Los Angeles community toolkit that builds upon existing resources in the community to strengthen resilience to natural disasters. It is presented in six sections and offers strategies to increase resilience. This toolkit is intended to bring multiples organizations to address the strength and capacity for meeting the community’s every day needs and challenges. It can help communities and authorities to identify community needs to guide resilience work plans, evaluate progress, and support the development of resilience over the long-term.
