Climate-induced vulnerabilities: Participatory assessment for My Loi village, Ky Son commune, Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province
This vulnerability assessment covers the My Loi climate-smart village (CSV) project site in Vietnam and is part of a project to upscale local climate change adaptation through climate-smart agriculture. The main purpose of this paper is to document evidences of exposure, impacts, and vulnerability.
The results of this study will help in forming other CCAFS projects in the CSV, and these will be continuously updated throughout the project. Therefore, we also added a green section with recommendations for CSA interventions and items for further study of specific farming systems. The recommendations are summarized in the last chapter and attributed to the CCAFS CSA indicators: e.g. weather, water, energy, knowledge, pest and soil nutrient, as well as nutrition, gender and market smart.
