The California heat assessment tool: Planning for the health impacts of extreme heat

This document describes the California Heat Assessment Tool developed by Four Twenty Seven to fill identified gaps in information for local jurisdictions to advance the understanding of how heat waves are changing at a local level in California, US. This tool was developed as part of California's Fourth Climate Change Assessment, a state-mandated research program to assess climate change impacts in California.
