Conservation Standards Applied to Ecosystem-based Adaptation (CoSEbA) manual helps local-level actors (community members, development and conservation practitioners) to identify climate-related and conventional threats impacting vital ecosystems of the community and design possible measures to adapt them to the impact of changing climate.

The manual was developed by the Central Asian project team lead by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the financial support of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) through the International Climate Initiative (IKI).
