G20 to support the establishment of national risk officers?

In his article for the Huffington Post, Erwann Michel-Kerjan, a member of the Forum of Young Global Leaders, focuses on the emergence of large-scale catastrophes and crises and some of the policy issues related to how better manage them collectively. He proposes the creation of national risk officer positions in G20 governments to help coordinate national and international management of global risks.
