Manabendra Nath Ray, State Programme Manager from Save the Children stated, “it is imperative to build capacity of the community members and children on Disaster Risk Reduction, engaging them in planning mitigation strategies and thereby building their preparedness to multi hazard (Earthquake & cyclone, Flooding), disasters“  on National Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) day on Wednesday in Kolkata, India.
