ChengDu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone reports to PR Newswire that Chengdu Institute of Care-life (ICL), Chengdu Meihuan Tech. Co., Ltd. ("Meihuan Tech.") and I. Trade International Trade Ltd. ("I. Trade") have signed a strategic co-operation agreement last week. I. Trade is going to set up the earthquake early warning system (EWS) in Haiti to reduce property loss and casualties caused by earthquakes by giving people alarms before the arrival of a disastrous earthquake wave.

It reports that an on-site earthquake EWS has been set up in schools, office buildings and for families and has been tested and proved to be successful in aftershocks in Haiti so the decision has been made to set up the more advanced front-detection earthquake EWS in the whole country.
