Explicando una acción de prevención, Williams Rioja, el responsable de la Unidad de Alerta Temprana de la Gobernación de La Paz, dijo: 'Entregaremos a los agricultores semillas de arroz en las comunidades que, producto de las lluvias y crecimiento de ríos, perdieron sus cultivos' según reporta La Prensa.
