Taiwan: Right decision, right time for disaster prevention

In the Taipei Times, Premier Wu Den-yih replies to a newspaper editorial raising the issue of a meeting on disaster prevention, saying that the government's disaster prevention efforts had shown some positive results since Taiwan (China) has learned many painful lessons from natural disasters over the years, and that the most important was "to make the right decision at the right time."
