The MSP project is meant to strengthen the capacity of The Gambia to implement Multi-Lateral Environment Agreements (MEAs) through the establishment of an institutional framework for global environmental management that integrates national and regional responsibilities. The project uses the ecosystem approach as the core principle of integration and capacity building.
