Climate change and bioenergy challenges for food and agriculture
High-level experts forum 'How to feed the world in 2050', Rome, 12-13 October 2009:
This paper adresses climate change mitigation and adaptation as a key issue for agriculture and food production, especially in climate-vulnerable developing countries (drought, flood and cyclone prone), and that have low incomes and high incidence of hunger and poverty. It identifies several key areas that could help overcome the challenges of climate change and bioenergy.
