Africa Adaptation Programme: voices from the ground

This document gathers various media coverage of the Africa Adaptation Programme (AAP) in different countries and captures experience on the ground aimed at helping countries develop capacities to identify climate-related risks to their national development priorities, and to design and implement holistic climate-resilient adaptation and disaster risk reduction plans to address these risks.
