Building resilience: the future for rural livelihoods in the face of climate change
Cambodian Human Development Report 2011:
This report is about people’s well-being and provides an in-depth, national policy analysis. The report will inform Cambodia’s responses to the development challenges of climate change at all levels, changing people’s perceptions of what this will mean for their futures. The report has been prepared with several diverse audiences in mind: this is a document for policy makers, development organisations, civil society, students and academic figures. Additional materials derived from this report will bring the dialogue to rural communities, who will be most severely affected by climate change, as well as to the youth of Cambodia, who will continue to be affected by climate change. It provides a basis for sustained and informed learning and dialogue on climate change and human development in Cambodia.Explore further
