This book presents some inspiring Swedish local examples on prevention of floods. It contains chapters with information from different agencies. The book was the result of four seminars held in fall 2010. The seminars were held by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency and some of the agencies and organisations cooperating under the name of the Swedish National Platform for disaster risk reduction.
