Rapport final d'enquête sur les connaissances, attitudes et pratiques : phase 1

Ce rapport fait état des principaux résultats de l’enquête sur les Connaissances, Attitudes et Pratiques (CAP) quant à la gestion des risques de catastrophes naturelles des communautés haïtienne (en particulier les trois villes de Petit-Goâve, Grand-Goâve et Jacmel), menée dans le cadre de l'intervention de l'Organisation Non Gouvernementale internationale Welthungerhilfe suite au séisme du 12 janvier 2010 en Haiti.
L’enquête CAP devrait permettre d’atteindre deux objectifs: (i) d’une part, constituer une valeur de référence (baseline) afin de mesurer les réalisations et l’impact final, une fois les activités réalisées (enquête CAP comparative), et (ii) d’autre part, les résultats de l’enquête serviront de base pour élaborer une stratégie adaptée aux savoirs, savoir-être et savoir-faire de la population.
Ce rapport s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un projet "Disaster Risk Reduction in Haiti: Enhancing disaster preparedness and awareness capacities in three multi-risks exposed communities" qui vise à accroitre la resilience et a réduire la vulnérabilité de la population de trois communes cibles, via un renforcernent des capacités institutionnelles (DPC) et une gestion communautaire des risques de catastrophes naturelles.
