Towards climate smart disaster risk reduction in Asia

This issue addresses the efforts for disaster risk reduction (DRR) with integration of climate change and development. Climate Smart Disaster Risk Managment is an inclusive concept which describes the additional elements of managing disaster risk that are needed in a changing climate. It presents articles covering different aspects including, approach of Climate Smart Disaster Risk Management - CSDRM, loss and damage, investigation of disaster, SREX utilization, ecology based approach and climate change and livelihood.
