Europa Re's programme aims to increase access to disaster insurance coverage for home owners, SMEs, farmers, utilities, and government agencies as well as reduce governments' contingent liabilities to natural perils such as earthquake and flood, hail, extreme temperature and precipitation. All Europa Re stakeholders, including governments of member countries, insurance regulators, local insurance industries, international and country donor organizations, financial institutions and the general disaster risk reduction community are target audience.
