Haiti: beneficiary communications review
This document reports on a range of innovative tools developed by the Haiti Red Cross Society and IFRC to help create a two-way dialogue between staff, volunteers and those that were attempting to support during the response to the 2010 Haiti earthquake, ensuring that communities get the right help, in the right place, at the right time. The report sheds light on how potentially life-saving information was shared and used in the aftermath of the earthquake, in the response to disease outbreaks, and in preparation for incoming storms.
