Case study: regional climate outlook forums - helping society prepare for climate impacts

This paper addresses the challenges of adapting to climate variability and changes that are met by governments, industries and societies all over the world, and particularly by the regions that are prone to events such as severe drought, flooding or tropical cyclones. This case study suggests that Regional Climate Outlook Forums (RCOFs) can help a society to prepare for the impacts of climate change.
