Managing uncertainty: an economic evaluation of community-based adaptation in Dakoro, Niger
This study aims to assess whether investing in community based climate change adaptation is economically efficient and effective. It presents a model for economic analysis which can provide results at scale to test a range of possible climate and adaptation scenarios. To this purpose, extensive empirical research was undertaken to collect qualitative information and quantitative data directly from a sample of households in four communities in Niger.
