This report explores the steep increases in tidal flooding that U.S. East and Gulf Coast communities can expect over the next 15 to 30 years, based on an analysis of 52 locations along these coasts. It also shows what forward-thinking communities are doing to confront this reality, and recommends steps local, state, and federal officials can take to prepare for worsening tidal flooding - and to curb even more drastic flooding over the longer term.
