The analysis provides input to the ongoing process to draft a new Swedish cooperation strategy for Colombia and responds to the Swedish Governments thematic priority of Environment and Climate Change in Development Cooperation.
Climate change puts additional strains on fragile social and political systems. This is particular true in Colombia, a country with significant governance challenges and one of the most vulnerable countries in the world to climate change.
